You have a choice between searching for 'All Words' or 'Any Words' e.g:
'Coffee Trade' with 'All Words' will return only headlines containing both 'Coffee' and 'Trade'
'Coffee Trade' with 'Any Words' will return headlines containing either 'Coffee' or 'Trade'.'
